Jeremy Westby

Sr. Vice President

Minnesota native Jeremy Westby transplanted himself to Oklahoma in 1995 to study broadcast journalism. He was ‘discovered’ by Jim Halsey, music impresario and long-time manager of The Oak Ridge Boys, who encouraged him to join his music business seminar class. Jim then invited him to Las Vegas in January of 1998 where he was a production assistant for The Oaks’ variety show on TNN. Jim and his son, Sherman Halsey, invited him to intern for The Halsey Company in Nashville that summer, and he hasn’t looked back since. The last seventeen years have seen endless concerts, tour buses, festivals, green rooms, network meetings and broadcast productions. From clubs to churches to amphitheaters and arenas, Jeremy has circled the globe with a great number of entertainers of all genres. His current duties as Sr. VP of Webster Public Relations entail yet more travel, mainly to New York, Los Angeles and many points in-between, coordinating media itineraries for the Webster client roster.

Scott Adkins knows what it takes to get noticed. As vice president of publicity, Scott works with a team of publicists to maximize exposure and brand awareness for Webster PR clients. Scott’s depth of experience includes developing strategy and placing artists in national media outlets as well as leading PR/publicity for music festivals like Bonnaroo and launching national brands, including Moonshine Spirit by Brad Paisley. A passionate storyteller, Scott specializes in identifying the right message for the right people at the right time. Prior to his move to Nashville, Scott worked in television markets across the country. He also appeared on broadcast networks and received regional recognition, including Ohio Valley Emmy nods.

Kyle Watson was born and raised in the small town of Bedford, located in southern Indiana. He received his Marketing degree from Indiana State University and then set his sights on Music City and moved to Nashville. After completing an internship with Webster Public Relations, Kyle’s personality and work ethic combined with his love for music led to an invitation to join the firm. As an avid music fan, Kyle enjoys listening to a wide variety of music and is always au courant with the newest trends. When he’s not at work, Kyle can be found cheering on his home state teams, the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers.

Jodi Lynn Dawes graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2014 with a degree in Public Relations. With internships at 92.9 WLXX and WLEX-TV in Lexington, KY, Jodi got an inside look at the worlds of radio and television, capitalizing on her media relations skills. After an eight-month stint in the Big Apple doing corporate communications, Jodi headed back to the South to pursue her dream of working in the music industry.

Kelli Wasilauski is a Boston native and recent Belmont University graduate. She moved to Nashville 5 years ago to study public relations and Spanish. After moving to Nashville Kelli had diverse work experience. She spent 2 years interning at the world’s second largest asset manager, State Street Global Advisors and 1 year interning locally at the Nashville Scene. After graduation she started an internship at Webster & Associates where she was offered a position with the company after completing her internship. Heath Scott joined Webster Public Relations in 2009 working with clients in a variety of capacities. Whether traveling on the road making sure tour publicity efforts are coordinated or facilitating on-site media at festivals, Heath Scott brings his expertise "A-Game" to make sure everyone involved is taken care of. Most recently, Heath oversees the marketing efforts working with Webster PR subsidiary "The Hot Seat" to ensure both radio and video projects are properly executed. In his spare time, you can catch Heath in the outdoors, fishing, boating, or just spending time with his daughter.

Joey Amato

Pop/Rock Publicity Manager

Joey Amato began his career in New York City as part of the marketing team at Sony Music, working on projects for international superstars including Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Billy Joel and Shakira. In addition, Joey managed Intence, a Canadian pop group which achieved success in Europe before pursuing solo careers.

In 2008, Amato moved to South Florida and joined Relevant Communications, a fine art publicity firm, where he worked with world-renowned artists including Peter Max, Romero Britto, Michael Godard and Alexandre Renoir. He also represented musicians turned artists: Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac), Rick Allen (Def Leppard), Michael Cartellone (Lynyrd Skynyrd) and chart-topping songwriter Bernie Taupin, best known for his collaborations with Elton John.

Megan Carmean

Lifestyle Brand Manager

A proud Arkansas native, Carmean has called Nashville home for the past four years. Her previous career at the American Cancer Society, and most recently with the Academy of Country Music lends her a combined seven years’ experience in event management, non-profit, and strategic brand partnerships. Carmean started with the Academy during the planning of their record breaking 50th annual awards show, broadcast live on CBS at AT&T Stadium (GO 'BOYS!) as well as managing brand activations for their festival, ACM Party for a Cause. During her time with the ACM, she managed partnerships with brands such as MillerCoors, American Airlines, Mark Kay, and Cabela’s. Carmean is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and member of the 2017 class of SOLID. On days off, you'll find her starting a new craft project or on a porch swing snuggling her pups, Lucie and Ethel.
